He is preceded in death by his mother Sharon Robbins, stepfather, Duane Gallmeyer, and brother, Shad Utsler.
A Celebration of Life will be held at the Evansdale Amvet Post 31, 706 Colleen Ave, Evansdale, IA, from 1:00 to 4:00 p.m. on Sunday, January 15th, 2023.
